I ended up in a cramped room with three single beds instead of the queen I booked. Not a great experience!

No reason to complain, a pleasant experience, would have extended the stay. Excellent base for an overnight stay, has wonderful view of the town. The hotel offers peaceful and easy location not far from shops as well as the skiing. For tea and goodies visit Dce Cafe, located close by. The rooms are a decent size with comfy beds and smoke detectors.
Nothing at all.

I appreciated the beautifully designed and lovely hotel.
Superb base for short stay, felt like home. The room was tidy and equipped with tea and coffee making facilities, functioning Wifi. The room was well priced. The location was marvellous and perfect for Cooma, right by the town Centre, the skiing and all public areas.

I gotta say, the staff here were super friendly and cute! The location is spot on—just a quick drive to town or an easy 5-10 min walk. Plus, the room was nice and warm when we arrived, which was a lifesaver after a long trip. The kitchenette was a surprise bonus too; made it easy for us to whip up snacks.
The place felt pretty dated and not very clean overall. The carpet was definitely not cute, and I even found a cockroach when closing the curtains—yikes! The Wi-Fi was a hassle too; it didn’t work in our room, and having to leave to use it felt really inconvenient. Not impressed!
